Although no one likes to carry excessive body fat, it’s difficult stay healthy with a minimum level of body fat in your body. Days 1-3:

  • Drink 2 gallons of water each day (Compulsory)

Days 4-6:

  1. Interesting! I would like to try, but am a vegetarian :( So how about Vegetarians, how can they achieve the above on days 1 to 6? So how many gm of protein per day in days 1 to 6, and how many veggie servings? On day 7, how many gm of carbs and how many veggie servings?
